Deserved Massage acts as an agent for self-employed therapists.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a quick consultation.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Changes made within 24 hours are charged in full to respect therapists’ time.
- Please treat therapists with respect; any inappropriate conduct will end the session immediately with full payment due.
- Late arrivals may shorten session time to respect other bookings.
- Please disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries in advance.
- Payments are taken securely online or at the studio.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
